But You'll Never Walk has not proved the case, following Grant's remarkable recovery from 27 separate injuries.

Director of Opertations Jack said "

We are lucky to have had a huge range of inspirational people visit Hard Knocks courses - but Andy Grant is, for me, in a class of his own.  Ever since I first saw him, I have been deeply impressed by his humility, strength and character.  I thought it was hugely significant that Will and Scott, who have both encountered numerous motivational speakers in their careers, were so obviously moved by what he had to say.  The comments of the boys speak for themselves.

Having seen Andy's ability to inspire people from any background, we were delighted when he agreed to be a patron of School of Hard Knocks.  He exemplifies the charity's ethos and we cannot wait to get him more involved in our programmes up and down the UK.  He is a truly inspirational individual."
